I want to dedicate this poem ( written about a month ago) for one of my besties that is sadly moving to virginia within the next two weeks. I know we cant experience freshman year together, but we will always be able to tell each other. I love ya courtney!

Friendship is a lasting love

a bond forever there

where trust meets understanding

and to which nothing can compare

Friendship is a shoulder

that catches all your tears

and guides you through the hardships

you endure throughout the years

Friendship is a couple fights

a balance well maintained

we all can speak our own minds

but our love will still remain

Friendship is the laughter

for the times that we've been through

our individuality

with the crazy things we do <3>

Friendships is the northern star

that guides the path we take

we will stick it out together

with every step we make

Friendship is a blessing

I know that I have found

It completes the life I've dreamed of

and builds our solid ground.
