Walk for Diabetes

In April 2009, there will be a walk for diabetes at the st. pete times forum. My close friends and I are planning to go, but we wanted to be able to donate a couple thousand dollars. So the deal is: We are getting as many people as we know to come together and commit to activities such as car washing, bake sales, fundraisers, etc to earn the money. This will all take place over a 7-8 month period, meaning that there will be a multitude number of times we are holding these events. Therefore, any volunteer is not forced to attend all of the events. Even 1 would be a help. So if you would like to be a part of this and help with the carwashes, etc, just contact me and I'll clue you in. Once the big walk comes, we plan on presenting the charity with the money.
